My journey to self-discovery and healing began in the face of a life-altering challenge—a diagnosis of cancer. This experience was far more than a physical trial; it was a change agent for renewal and awakening. Self-reflection led me to discover the transformative practices of mindfulness and meditation, teaching me the immense power of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs in shaping our direct lived reality.

I’ve come to understand that trauma, whether from illness, loss, or past experiences, is not just a struggle but a gateway to our deepest wisdom and resilience. The lessons learned from facing trauma have revealed to me that healing transcends physical recovery. We heal trauma by integrating it and making new meaning, transforming our deepest wounds into sources of strength and inspiration.
